Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Data Analyst, Python, SQL, DAV & Analytics Tools Development position. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to support analytics and AI-driven automation initiatives.

The Data

Analyst will design data models, build dashboards and visualizations, and develop analytics tools using Python, SQL, and relevant frameworks to support decision-making and operational intelligence.

Responsibilities include performing statistical analysis, generating insights, collaborating with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics into AI workflows, and presenting findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.



The role also includes maintaining data quality standards, optimizing queries and data pipelines, and contributing to the continuous improvement of analytic processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and building data-driven models.
- Experience with Data Modeling to design efficient, scalable structures for analytics and reporting.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate technical results into business value.
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data processing, automation, and tool development.
- Familiarity with data visualization (DAV) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) for building dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and working with large, complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent practical experience also considered.
- Experience in AI, automation, or SaaS environments is beneficial, along with a strong interest in intelligent business systems.
