Job Responsibilities
Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
Recommend suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide advisory across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, PMS, AIF, and other wealth products.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Increase AUM/AUA by acquiring recent clients and deepening existing relationships.
Monitor market trends and identify suitable investment prospects.
Cross-sell and upsell products based on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal product, research, and marketing teams.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company/regulatory guidelines.
Participate in client meetings, seminars, and branch marketing activities.
Maintain accurate client and follow-up records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/business targets.
Stay updated on investment products, market trends, and industry developments.
Represent the organization professionally and act as a trusted financial advisor.
