This is a full time on-site role for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing a team, leading by example, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Shift Manager will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, managing inventory, tracking sales and finances, and providing feedback and training to team members. The Shift Manager must be available to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in inventory management and financial tracking
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting
