Role And Key Responsibilities
Lead transition readiness and knowledge transfer activities for complex Credit Assessment work.
Design and deliver capability development programs for Credit Assessors
Coach the coach elevate credit assessment for SME, Trainer, QA and Team Leaders
Act as the primary SME for credit policy interpretation, lending standards, and complex assessment scenarios.
Help Training and Quality to develop accreditation frameworks, knowledge repositories, and competency standards.




Support transformation initiatives & engagement considering he carries the institutional knowledge

Key Skills And Knowledge
Solid expertise in credit assessment.
Bachelor’s degree required
