Role & responsibilities :-
Smooth and trouble-free operation in Manufacturing to achieve the targeted production by harmonizing the use of Manpower
Key Individual Accountabilities
Plan smooth onboarding of Recent Employees
EnsuringPlant Time Office & Payroll are aligned
Ensuring Redressal Grievances within specified Time Lines
Reward& Recognition Activities to keep the Employees Motivated
Timely Recruitment &on-boarding; of Current Employees, except Officers & above.
Ensuring zero discrepancy in Attendance & Time Office NAPs Trainee/Casual Labour& Employees.
Ensuring Timely completion of Inputs for Monthly Payroll & Stipends.
Plan Activitiesrelated to R&R; and Employee Engagement.
To ensure 100% clearance to Employee Grievance as agreed TAT time.
Ensure Scheduled House Keeping of the Plant including those covered under Factories Ac
