About the Role

Fitspire is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Fitspire’s social media platforms and daily content calendar.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop Reels, posts, stories, and campaign content aligned with brand objectives.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and other teams for content execution.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
Support influencer collaborations, campaigns,



and brand activations.
Engage with the audience and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content / Digital Marketing.
Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
Good content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Experience in D2C, FMCG, Health, Fitness, or Wellness brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
