RESPONSIBILITIES AT CONSTRUCTION SITE
Financial Recording: Reconciling accounts payable/receivable, managing ledger entries and processing payroll.
Reporting & Compliance: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, cash flow) in compliance with regulations.
Internal Controls: Maintaining secure, accurate financial documentation and improving efficiency in financial procedures.
Manage & execute all site accounting.
Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts
Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports
Perform cost and general ledger analysis
Complete tax audits ensuring compliance
Manage budgets and cash flows
Review contracts and process payments
Examine financial discrepancies
Manage payroll functions
Create and implement recent accounting systems
Consult management on financial strategy
All day to day accounting and reporting at site.
