What we're looking for
- Robust technical command of aircraft, aircraft systems and powerplants, with the ability to make complex topics simple
- Sufficient flying experience and aviation operations
- Proven instructional experience, including curriculum design, classroom delivery and assessment
- Pilot qualifications. DGCA licences, a military aviation background or instructor credentials are a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring
- Sound organisational discipline and familiarity with regulatory requirements
- A safety-first mindset and a commitment to staying current with aviation regulations and technology
