Job Title: Kids Play Area & Arcade Staff Location: Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai Industry: Kids Play Area & Arcade / Family Entertainment Centre Job Type: Full time Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, friendly and responsible staff to join our Kids Play Area & Arcade Zone at Maraimalai Nagar . The role involves interacting with children and parents, assisting customers, managing play-area and arcade activities, and ensuring customers have a safe, enjoyable and welcoming experience . Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist with entry, billing and recharge/card-related queries.

Guide children and parents regarding play-area rules and safety instructions. Supervise children in the play area and ensure equipment is used safely. Assist customers with arcade games and basic game-related issues.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area and arcade zone. Support birthday parties, events and group bookings. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the manager.

Support opening and closing activities of the centre. Work together with the team during weekends, holidays and busy hours.

Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification:



1 2th / Diploma / Any Degree Previous experience in a kids play area, arcade, retail, hospitality, restaurant or customer-service role is an advantage. Should be friendly and comfortable interacting with children and parents. Good communication skills.

Tamil required; basic English communication preferred. Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage. Should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays . Candidates staying in or around Maraimalai Nagar, Singaperumal Koil, Guduvanchery, Kattankulathur, Potheri and nearby areas are preferred.
