### About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Corporate Trainer Intern to conduct employee and intern training sessions across departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.

### Key Responsibilities

Conduct 3–4 hours of training sessions per day.

Deliver training using the trainer guidebook and training material provided by Vedricx Global.

Conduct employee/intern orientation and onboarding sessions.

Explain departmental KPIs, roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

Conduct regular training, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Support the team in improving communication, professional skills, and workplace performance.

### Candidate Requirements





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking in front of groups.

Good presentation and training skills.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage learners.

Responsible, punctual, and professional.

Prior training, teaching, mentoring, or leadership experience is a plus.

### Working Hours

Part time | 4–5 hours/day

Flexible schedule between 12:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
