We're a small team building two things: custom software for US clients.

We need one person to own how both of them sound.

Right now there is no messaging. No sequences, no positioning doc, no founder presence on LinkedIn worth speaking of. You would be writing the first version of everything, working directly with the founder.

What you'd own

- Cold email copywriting. Sequences for the services business, written and then rewritten when the reply data comes back
- LinkedIn ghostwriting for the founders. Their voice, not a house voice
- Positioning and messaging — the offer angles, the objections, what we say to whom. If you think the brief is wrong, we want to hear it
- Landing pages, comparison pages, and case studies from projects we've delivered
- Keeping the two brands separate. They sell to different people at very different prices, and blending them would hurt both

What we're looking for

- 2+ years writing B2B copy in any SaaS or tech category
- You've written cold email sequences that were actually sent, and you saw what happened to them




- You've written in someone else's voice before — a founder, an exec, a client
- Your work reads like it was written for a US audience, because it was
- You use AI to write faster and you're clear about where it stops helping
- A portfolio we can open. Links, published work, numbers where you have them

Nice to have

- Experience with a low-priced, self-serve product alongside a services offer
- Enough technical literacy to write about software development without a translator
- SEO-aware writing

How we'll run this

Short application form, about five minutes — no writing exercise, we're not asking for spec work to apply. If it looks like a fit, a call with the founder. After that, one paid sample assignment, because nobody should hire or join a writing role on conversation alone.

We're moving fast. The aim is to have someone starting within two weeks.
