Reports To: HR
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; and Banquets.
Monitor occupancy, room readiness, guest satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate banquet bookings, restaurant operations and hotel events.
Supervise department heads and ensure proper staff deployment.
Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor purchases, inventory, wastage and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with accounts for billing, payments and daily revenue.
Prepare daily operational reports for management.
Qualification: Graduate preferred Experience: 25 years in hotel/hospitality operations
Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, hotel operations
