Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with current and existing customers regarding vehicle enquiries.
Coordinate with Sales Executives for test drives and customer visits.
Maintain customer data and update leads in the CRM/DMS system.
Make follow-up calls to generate and convert sales leads.
Inform customers about vehicle models, offers, finance, insurance, and other related services.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding pending leads and customer requirements.
Collect customer feedback and ensure valuable customer experience.
Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback and relationship building.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving lead and sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
