5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with solid expertise in MadCap Flare
Proven ability to create transparent, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of HTML,



CSS, and XML for documentation customization
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Experience creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation, including:
User Manuals
Online Help Systems
Release Notes
Quick Start Guides
Other product documentation
Ability to work closely with Software Engineering and SQA teams supporting several product lines from the life sciences platforms portfolio
