POSITION: MARKETING HEAD for TMT BARS & MS-SCRAP BUYER/PURCHASER
Marketing for TMT Bar Sales & MS Scrap

Buyer/ Purchaser

This leadership role focuses on driving B2B sales, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and securing institutional projects across Telangana's growing infrastructure sectors. Also, this role focuses on sourcing raw materials (MS Scrap, heavy melting scrap, turning scrap) from industrial zones, and local scrap traders to feed our manufacturing units.

o Key Responsibilities: Managing dealer-distributor networks across core regions, leading secondary sales teams, expanding brand visibility, and securing institutional orders.

o Appoint, manage, and expand the retail dealer and distributor network across all 33 districts of Telangana.

o Build relationships with key buyers / sellers from both TMT sales distributors and Scrap dealers (sellers)

o Monitor competitor pricing, implement regional marketing campaigns, and meet monthly sales volume targets.

o Source MS scrap at competitive rates from local scrap merchants (kabadi networks), manufacturing plants, and industrial estates.





o Evaluate scrap quality, weight parameters, and negotiate payment/credit terms.

o Participate in industrial scrap auctions and manage logistics/transportation from various districts back to the plant.
Target Profile:
Experience: Minimum 58+ years in steel, TMT bars sales and Ms-Scrap (Buyer/Purchaser)
The candidate must have background experience from TMT sales & MS-Scrap knowledge

o Geographic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with major commercial hubs and rural distribution networks in Telangana (e.g., Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Nalgonda). o Robust connections with industrial clusters in Telangana like Jeedimetla, Pashamylaram, Patancheru, Balanagar, Kattedan, and regional district aggregators.

o Key Skills: Negotiation, understanding of scrap grades (HMS 1 & 2, LMS, turning scrap), and a robust local network.

o Develop team under your supervision for entire Telangana region o Language: Must be fluent in Telugu and Hindi/English.
