Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: 0–1 years

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain company services and generate enquiries.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team and share relevant customer requirements.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Follow up regularly with customers to develop business opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers.

Requirements:
Graduate / HSC with positive communication skills.
Freshers can also apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable making outbound calls.
Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹8,666.21 - ₹31,324.75 per month
