Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure food quality, food safety, hygiene, and Subway operational standards.
Lead, coach, and allocate tasks to Sandwich Artists and team members.
Monitor sales, service speed, customer experience, and shift productivity.
Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and shift closing procedures.
Monitor inventory, wastage, and product availability.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Ensure staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to SOPs.
Support onboarding and on-the-job training of current employees.
Escalate manpower, maintenance, and operational concerns to the ARM/Manager.

Sales achievement and average daily sales (ADS).
Customer satisfaction and service speed.
Food safety and operational audit compliance.
Wastage and inventory control.
Team productivity and attendance.
Cash and inventory accuracy.

Eligibility
12th pass / Graduate preferred/ IHM Fresher can also apply
48 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail operations.
Prior experience in team handling and shift operations preferred.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
