Role Description The Visa Filing Officer – Immigration is a full time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end visa filing processes for clients. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and verifying client documentation, preparing and completing visa application forms, and ensuring compliance with current immigration regulations and guidelines. The role involves communicating with clients to clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide status updates on their cases.

Officer will coordinate with internal teams or external partners as needed, maintain accurate records, and track application deadlines and submissions.



This position also requires monitoring changes in immigration policies and procedures to keep application practices up to date and reduce the risk of errors or delays.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of visas and immigration issues, including processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to support clients with empathy and professionalism.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing documentation and interacting with clients and stakeholders.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and records simultaneously.
Proficiency with office and case-management software, online portals, and secure data handling practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Prior experience in immigration services, legal administration, or visa processing is preferred.
Relevant education in law, international relations, public administration, or a related field is an advantage.
