Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified with strong exposure to the Engineering & Construction / Engineering Consultancy industry. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and skilled networks.
Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines.




Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.
Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS.
Support GCC/Middle East recruitment and build a robust technical talent pool.

Preferred Industry Exposure Experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Environmental Engineering will be preferred.
