Designation: Spanish Language Specialist

Qualification: Graduate (UG/Any Graduate)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Language Requirement: Spanish B2 Certification Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions in Spanish through voice and other communication channels.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Maintain quality and process compliance standards.
Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Candidate Requirements:
B2-level Spanish proficiency with a valid certification.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Excellent comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a customer service workplace.
Prior experience in an international BPO or customer service process is preferred
