About the Role

Homewala is looking for an enthusiastic and target-orientated telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to handle customer calls, generate interest in our real estate projects, qualify leads, and coordinate with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about Homewala's projects.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline.
Qualify leads and identify potential customers for the sales team.
Explain project details, features, pricing and offers clearly to customers.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and appointments for qualified leads.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and follow-ups.




Maintain daily call records and provide regular reports to the reporting manager.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Build a positive relationship with prospective customers through qualified communication.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive.
Experience in real estate/telesales is preferred.
Excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain information clearly.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Qualification Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
