Requirement
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with an interest in US IT/Technical Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.
Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
