Technical Lead – Engineering (Java Full Stack)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers.
Design and develop scalable enterprise applications.
Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.
Provide technical guidance and drive engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Project Managers.
Drive Agile sprint planning and timely software delivery.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support technical decisions.
Eligibility:
BE / B.Tech / MCA
8–12 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 6+ years of Java Full Stack development experience.




Minimum 4 years of AWS experience.
Solid team leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

All skills mentioned in the Skills section are mandatory/required for this role.
5 Days Work From Office is mandatory.
Maximum 30 days notice period preferred; early joiners preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Noida may apply.
Product-Based / FinTech experience will be preferred.
