We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Domestic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across domestic markets
Handle niche and critical hiring requirements through effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through job portals, networking, references, and social media platforms
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring updates regularly

Qualifications & Skill Set
34 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment




Solid experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring
Expertise in handling niche market roles and difficult-to-close positions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven setting
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
