Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead R2R Finance & Accounting operations
Handle month-end close and financial close activities within timelines.
Review and analyse P&L; and balance sheet
Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis & Management Reporting
Lead, mentor and manage finance teams
Monitor operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity and team performance
Ensure process controls, governance and compliance
Manage internal/external stakeholders and client communication
Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
Solid experience in Record to Report (R2R)
Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial close,



P&L; and balance sheet analysis
Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis
Proven people/team management experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience handling operational KPIs/metrics.
