Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum practices, support cross-functional teams, and ensure effective delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Agile methodologies, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and removing impediments.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide the team in following Agile and Scrum principles.
Remove or escalate impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Track sprint progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.
Support the team in achieving sprint and project goals.
Coordinate with developers, testers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
Identify and communicate project risks and delivery challenges.
Prepare and maintain Agile metrics and reports such as Burndown/Burnup charts, velocity, and sprint reports.
Encourage collaboration, transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong facilitation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
Good understanding of software development and SDLC processes.
Robust problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
