Creative Softcare Technologies LLP is hiring Tally Executives to support our clients with day-to-day Tally operations. Permanent position with long-term growth prospects.
What Youll Do
Provide Tally support to clients over phone/remote access.
Install & configure Tally software.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tally, GST, E-Invoice, and TDS related issues.
Deliver Tally training and implementation support to clients.
Handle customized module training and implementation.
Assist clients with queries to ensure smooth usage of Tally Prime.
Contribute to the company’s goals and work as part of a qualified support team.
Eligibility
Minimum 1+ year experience in Tally Support (working with Tally Partner preferred).
Robust knowledge of Tally Prime features & accounting principles.
Education: B.Com / B.Sc / B.A / BMS (or equivalent).
Proficiency in Excel & Tally.
