Role & responsibilities
Handle International and Domestic Air Reservations & Ticketing.
Manage PNR creation, modifications, and itinerary management.
Provide accurate fare quotations and pricing for clients.
Issue tickets using GDS systems and ensure correct routing.
Manage reservation requests through calls and emails.
Coordinate directly with corporate clients and respond to queries promptly.
Manage urgent and last-minute travel arrangements.
Maintain accuracy and compliance with airline policies and travel guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid experience handling emergency travel service requests.
Excellent knowledge of Air Reservations and Ticketing processes.
Ability to provide quick fare solutions during urgent travel situations.
Hands-on experience with GDS systems:
Amadeus
Galileo
Solid communication and coordination skills.
