Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele-caller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and offers to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-up calls.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.





Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or real estate.
Valuable communication skills; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
Real estate or property sales experience will be an added advantage.
