Role Requirements
Global role managing multiple geographies like India, SEA, EMEA, and/or the Americas for business travel including air tickets & accommodation booking on SBT, managing Visas & assigned events.
Assist with Procurement activities like establishing relationships with the travel vendors such as Hotels, Airlines & Travel Agencies for securing rates and working on the rate contracts
Manage the back-end side of the Travel & Expense tool including support for the TU travelers, system updates, etc.
Manage group travel events and incentive tours - still placed this here while the transition to Proc Ops is not yet official
Quickly and completely handle incoming travel plan requests to include searching for, booking, and confirming reservations
Exercise critical thinking skills in the search for best rates, times and methods of transportation throughout various geos while still minimizing expenditures




Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
Assist employees with fulfilling requests regarding necessary regulations (border restrictions, TSA, passports, travel visas, health declarations, etc.)
Confidently coordinate with travelers of different levels, from teammate to C-Suite
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team, exercising discretion and judgment
Foster robust relationships with travel agency, vendor and sales reps
Constantly demonstrate ridiculously valuable service for internal customers and external partners
