Manpower planning & budgeting for all hospital units.
Talent acquisition & retention strategy, including seniorlevel hiring.
Performance management system (PMS) design, monitoring, and review.

Training & development, including leadership development and skillbuilding programs.
Employee engagement & culture building, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Statutory & labor law compliance, HR audits, and policy governance.
HR analytics & MIS reporting to management for decision support.
Overseeing HR operations across units, ensuring alignment with group HR strategy.

Preferred candidate profile
12+ years in HR, with at least 57 years in a senior leadership role.
Hospital industry experience strongly preferred, especially NABHaccredited hospitals.
Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations is preferred
