Job Responsibilities
Handle Domestic & International hotel reservation enquiries received from clients, agents and internal teams.
Check hotel availability, room categories, meal plans, rates, cancellation policies and booking conditions.
Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMC partners and B2B vendors for rates and confirmations.
Prepare hotel quotations and booking options as per client requirements.
Process booking, confirmation, amendment, cancellation and voucher issuance.
Maintain accurate reservation details in the CRM/booking system and update all booking records.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth check-in, special requests and guest requirements.
Follow up with hotels and suppliers for pending confirmations and resolve booking issues.
Maintain proper documentation of hotel contracts, rate sheets, vouchers and confirmations.
Support the Sales and Operations teams with hotel rates and availability.





Candidate Requirements
0–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, DMC, travel agency, tour operations or hospitality.
Freshers with Travel & Tourism / Hotel Management education may also apply.
Good knowledge of hotel categories, room types, meal plans and booking procedures.
Experience with B2B hotel booking portals/contracted hotels will be an advantage.
Positive English & Hindi communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp and CRM.
Strong coordination, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
