Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering
/ Key Responsibilities
Perform structural design, analysis, and calculations for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Execute detailed engineering tasks including load calculations, member design, and preparation of design documentation.
Review and verify structural drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and engineering standards.
Coordinate with drafting teams for preparation and checking of drawings and models.
Utilize structural design software such as STAAD Pro and other relevant tools for analysis and design.
Work with drafting and coordination software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Develop working knowledge of applicable structural codes, standards, and industry guidelines (e.g., IS Codes, international standards where applicable).
Assist in the design and detailing of secondary steel structures (experience in this area will be an advantage).
Support senior engineers in project execution, technical discussions, and problem-solving.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Participate in project coordination meetings and effectively communicate technical inputs.
