Key Responsibilities
Strategy &
Planning
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
Content Creation &
Management
Oversee creation of engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
Ensure brand consistency across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Approve and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Campaign Execution
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Track ROI and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics &
Reporting
Monitor KPIs (followers, engagement rate, CTR, conversions).
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Community &
Reputation Management
Respond to comments, queries, and DMs in a timely, skilled manner.




Handle negative feedback or crises with tact and escalation protocols.
Collaboration &
Coordination
Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
Liaise with external agencies or influencers for brand partnerships.
Compliance &
Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and legal guidelines.
Maintain audit-ready records of campaigns, budgets, and approvals.

Skills &
Competencies
Robust knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Creative storytelling and copywriting ability.
Crisis management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
