We're a structural steel and tensile fabric engineering consultancy looking for a Junior Structural Engineer to join our design team.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in structural steel design
Experience designing steel connections and calculating structural loads (wind, live, seismic)
Ability to prepare structural calculation reports
Familiarity with structural analysis/design software (e.g. STAAD Pro) and connection design tools (e.g. IDEA StatiCa) preferred
Experience with tensile fabric structures is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Support structural steel design work including load calculations and connection design
Prepare calculation reports for engineering review
Coordinate with the drafting and modeling team on project detailing
