Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Check site measurements and ensure proper execution of work as per drawings.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for daily construction activities.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain required quality standards.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Maintain daily site progress reports, work records, measurements, and site documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the planning team regarding daily and weekly work targets.
Review drawings and communicate technical requirements to site supervisors and contractors.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.




Participate in site inspections, measurements, and progress review meetings.

Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Building construction experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural drawings.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Experience in contractor and subcontractor coordination.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at a building construction project site.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in residential buildings, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
