Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings; translate them into explicit execution instructions for contractors and labour on site.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimate material requirements from drawings.
Take physical site measurements and prepare bills accordingly (measurement books / abstract).
Conduct quality checks on ongoing work and submit regular site and QC reports.
Coordinate day-to-day between site labour, contractors, and the office.
Maintain documentation and communicate through email, MS Word, and Excel.
Required Skills
Drawing reading (structural + architectural)
BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
