What You’ll Do
Engage with prospective and existing banking clients to understand their business, technology, and testing requirements.
Conduct requirement discovery sessions, workshops, and client discussions.
Design end-to-end testing solutions covering manual, automation, integration, regression, performance, and other testing needs.
Develop solution approaches, testing strategies, effort estimates, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
Support the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, demos, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Collaborate with Sales teams during client meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions.
Clearly articulate the value of proposed testing solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
Experience in Software Testing, QA, Test Consulting, or Solution Consulting.
Robust knowledge of STLC and SDLC




Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Automation Testing
Understanding of banking domains such as Digital Banking, Payments, Commercial Banking
Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in building proposals, estimations & SOW’s

Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
