Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical proficiency and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development. This role requires a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead who can operate as an individual contributor, take ownership of projects, and make decisions independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
Integrate and customize ServiceNow applications to enhance platform capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize AI tools and applications effectively in day-to-day work to improve processes and solutions.
Conduct hands-on coding and technical assessments during the interview process.




Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow integration and customization.
Robust understanding of AI tools and their applications in ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Developer Certification (administrative certifications alone are not sufficient).

Preferred Skills:
Experience across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).
Prior experience in the Financial Services domain (not mandatory).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
