ey Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
Design server, storage, virtualization, and data center solutions.
Prepare BOM, solution sizing, configurations, and technical proposals.
Support the sales team in presales activities, customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
Install, configure, and implement servers, storage, and virtualization solutions.
Handle VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machine deployments.
Execute server, storage, and virtualization migrations.
Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Coordinate with customers, OEMs, sales, and project teams.
Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and project handover.
