Job Responsibilities
Make outbound sales or lead-generation calls and handle inbound customer queries.
Qualify leads, pitch product features, and overcome customer objections.
Log detailed call notes, outcomes, and customer feedback into the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and conversions.Required Skills
Clear and skilled verbal communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude with resilience to handle rejection.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
