Job Title / Position-Trainee-Account Receivable

Department-Shared Services

Reporting to-Admin/Assistant Manager - AR

B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities:

KPI’s

Review daily bank statements and remittance information received from customers.

Apply customer payments to the correct invoices in the ERP system.

Assist in identifying and resolving unapplied or unidentified cash receipts.

Follow up with internal teams for missing payment information.

Maintain accurate records of payment transactions.

Support customer account reconciliations and payment investigations.

Prepare basic reports related to cash application activities.

Assist with month-end activities and documentation.

Adhere to company policies, internal controls, and process guidelines.

Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities





Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by management.

C. Person Profile:

Required qualification

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.

Length of overall experience

0 to 1 year’s work experience
