Hiring: Technical Support Executive _ IT infrastructure support Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years

Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, storage, backup and recovery, troubleshooting, and cloud settings .

The role involves day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, backup/restore activities, infrastructure maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in technical/infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience in storage and backup administration/support.
Valuable troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
Experience with one or more backup technologies: Commvault, Veeam or Veritas NetBackup.
Knowledge of SAN, NAS, Dell EMC, NetApp, iSCSI, NFS/CIFS or SMB.
Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V.
Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments.
Knowledge of backup,



restore and disaster recovery processes.
Scripting/automation knowledge in PowerShell, Python or Bash is an advantage.
Valuable communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
