Trainee Associate - BFSI Operations

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Phase IV)

Eligibility
Any Non-Engineering / Non-Technical Graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Graduation must be completed.
Candidates must provide original educational documents (Degree/Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheets) for BGV.
UGC/AICTE-recognized institutions only.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid mode with mandatory office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Must be open to working from the office 5 days a week based on business requirements.

Shift Requirement
Versatile to work in rotational shifts between 12:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
Typical shifts
4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Transportation
Drop facility available for shifts ending after 7:00 PM.
Applicable as per company transport coverage policy.
