About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to connect with business owners and explain CIMSME’s business loan assistance, memberships, services, training programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities
Call potential and existing customers to explain our services.
Understand customers’ business loan requirements, including the amount, purpose and type of funding needed.
Explain the loan application process and basic document requirements.
Collect customer details and coordinate with the loan support team for further assistance.
Follow up on loan enquiries, pending documents and application status.
Explain membership benefits and encourage registrations for programmes and events.
Answer basic questions and refer technical queries to the concerned team.
Maintain calling records, update Excel or CRM, and submit daily reports.
Work towards agreed calling,



follow-up and conversion targets.
Handle customer information confidentially and communicate clearly that loan approval is subject to the lender’s assessment.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and email.
A polite, confident approach with positive listening and follow-up skills.
Experience in telecalling, business loans, banking, financial services or sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
