Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Communicate with customers and understand their queries.
Provide information about our courses/services.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the team for further assistance.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while communicating with customers.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
