Salary: 18,000 To 20,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through telephone calls.
Explain real estate products/projects, their features and benefits to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, leads and sales activities.
Generate current leads through cold calling and follow-up with potential customers.
Convert leads into prospective customers and sales prospects.

Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with telephonic conversations and cold calling.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
