STAR ESTATE is looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide information about real estate projects, pricing and offers.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and messages.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant project details.
Schedule site visits for interested customers.
Maintain accurate lead details, call records and follow-up status in CRM / Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer follow-ups.
Work towards assigned monthly calling, lead generation and site visit targets.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling / telesales preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Good command of Hindi and basic working knowledge of English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Candidates who can commute conveniently to the Ghaziabad location are preferred.
