nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Tech Support Executive to provide frontline technical assistance to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have robust troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. While the primary focus is technical support, valuable-to-have DevOps knowledge will be an added advantage, enabling smoother deployments and operational efficiency in managed services.

nKey Responsibilities

nTechnical Support

n

Provide timely support to customers via email, chat, and calls.
n
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
n
Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
n
Assist with onboarding and training of new users.
n

nInternal IT Support

n

n




Support Gowitek employees with day-to-day IT needs (systems, accounts, devices).
n
Manage user access, endpoint security, and compliance with IT policies.
n
Ensure smooth functioning of collaboration tools and internal infrastructure.
n

nGood-to-Have: DevOps Knowledge

n

n
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
n
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
n
Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
n
Ability to assist in deployments and application maintenance in customer infrastructure.
n

nQualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
n
1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT support roles.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and networking basics.
n
Bonus: Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
