Role & responsibilities
Teach English to PU College / 11th and 12th standard students.
Plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons according to the academic syllabus.
Teach English grammar, literature, comprehension, writing and communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments and classroom activities.
Conduct regular tests, examinations and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help students improve their spoken and written English.
Prepare students effectively for board examinations.
Identify students who need additional academic support and provide guidance.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in academic meetings, examinations and other college activities.
Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic department.
Maintain student attendance, marks and academic records as required

Preferred candidate profile
M.A. in English preferred.
B.Ed qualification will be an added advantage.




Freshers with excellent English communication and teaching ability may also apply.
Candidates with PU College / PUC / 11th12th teaching experience will be preferred.
Strong command of English grammar, literature and communication.
Good classroom management and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
